Sourced from Bucaramanga, Colombia located within the country’s Santander Department (region) our Colombia Supremo can be compared to some of the highest grown 100% typica coffees available, including Hawaiian Kona. In the cup look for a well-balanced cup containing notes of dried fruit, sugary sweetness and a silky mid-weight caramel like body that holds a lasting finish.
Supremo is the highest grade of coffee available in Colombia, referring to the bean screen size that mill operators are required to use for certification. Our supremo is comprised of 90% typica and 10% caturra specialty grade arabica varietals.
