Picacho's Espresso Spadafora takes its name from the master roaster's family's ancestral home on Sicily's Tyrhennian coast. This blend of seasonal coffees boasts a thick, reddish-brown crema and none of the bitter tang that dominates shots pulled from under-roasted washed coffees. Ideal as an espresso and impressive as a French Press.
